Privacy requests
Address these to the Privacy Officer at the mailing address above. We respond within 30 days. What you can ask for is set out in the Privacy Policy, and if you are an employee rather than a customer, in the Employee Privacy Notice.
Stopping email
Every reminder and digest we send carries an unsubscribe link, and most email apps show an Unsubscribe control beside the sender name. Unsubscribing stops reminders and digests. It does not stop the messages needed to run payroll or reach your account — sign-in codes, pay stubs, and requests your accountant is waiting on. If a link is not working, write to us and we will remove you by hand.
Security reports
Send vulnerability reports to the address above. We will not pursue a researcher who reports a genuine issue in good faith and gives us a reasonable chance to fix it before disclosure. See the Security Overview.
